Using Mobilize for all CVI Events

If you want to know everything that Chippewa Valley Indivisible has scheduled, you can go directly to our Mobilize dashboard to see a listing of just our events. Almost every time you hit a link in our emails for an event, you have been using Mobilize. The great thing about Mobilize is that it handles all of the messaging related to that event. If you don’t want to wait for the CVI newsletter, bookmark this link to see everything we have scheduled at a glance. You can also find our Team Sign Ups (Overpass Brigade, PopUp Protests, Chant Band, Meal Packing Teams, and others as needed).

CVI Stands in the Gap for Wisconsin Families

Our Stand in the Gap for SNAP has been an important mobilization for our communities! Your donations of food and money and your time spent packing and distributing meals is making an impact in the five-county area! From city locations to Head Start programs and pantries that support our community, your contributions are making a big difference!

If you would like to keep supporting our food insecure families through the holidays, please use these links to keep the effort going.

Donate through ActBlue to Stand in the Gap. All monies purchase meals.

Overpass Visibility Brigade

The CVI Overpass Visibility Brigade is having great success on their Monday morning “drive time” rallies.  From 7:30am until 8:30am, up over a dozen CVI members are putting up banners with messaging like Feed Kids Not Kings, Defend the Rule of Law, Be Brave Resist, and We Love USA!  Tons of honks and waves (and half peace signs occasionally) keep everyone’s spirits high in the brisk morning air.

Last week, we also stood for Veteran’s Day on Tuesday and on Friday afternoon for some fun in the sun.  Waving hands and waving flags are bringing the resistance to new faces. Come join us!
