NoKings in Eau Claire and
Chippewa Falls was a resounding success!
In America, we don’t put up with would-be kings.
EAU CLAIRE AND CHIPPEWA FALLS, WI, OCTOBER 18, 2025 — Our first No Kings protest on June 14 brought over 5 million people into the streets—a show of force that proved the strength of our movement. Now, on Saturday, October 18, we our second national protest—because this isn’t about one day, it’s about building a movement that lasts and leads to change! On October 18, we rose up, took to the streets, and said it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings. We’re not watching history happen—we’re making it.
A clicker count on the bridges revealed that 6200 people PLUS over 200 additional attendees who remained to march at Owen Park came out to stand strongly for democracy in Eau Claire. Rally goers streamed on four different paths throughout the city to the sound of bucket drumbeats. Later that afternoon, over 600 people marched in downtown Chippewa Falls to make their power as the people known!
