Over 1,700 people attended the Eau Claire Rally as part of the national Hands Off Mass Mobilization. Later that day, another rally twelve miles north in Chippewa Falls drew over 260 — both events very successful, with a combined 1.75% turnout. WEAU 13 captured the energy of both.
